  1. Just bought Skyrim and Rayman Origins for XBOX 360. Will buy The Darkness and Saint's Row The Third.
  2. The first Assasins Creed was terrible yet it sold really well. They get better from AC2 on though. I especially enjoyed Brotherhood (haven't played Revelations yet) but wouldn't recommend trying to play them in succession without other games mixed in as they do get a bit boring after a while.

    my local game shop had the 1st 3 AC games for $20 each and the 1st 2 Uncharted games too, so i bought em all. I was planning to play all the AC in a row, but might mix it up now like you said.
  4. Just started playing a little Star Trek Online again since I friend started. Will probably not play that much though... I don't enjoy computer games enough.

    I also have subs which I play when other players are injured, those are: Welliton [83], Assou-Ekotto [78], Hutton [76], Taarabt [78], Agbonhalor [75], Lescott [80] & Mascherano [86]. I don't play Welliton and Mascherano a lot because they put my chemistry down.

    Anyway, I stopped playing Ultimate Team; got so frustrated with it. So I've been playing Career Mode a lot. Currently Port Vale in League Two!

    Just been torn apart by Benfica in Ultimate Team. Not the first time it's happened. They take the lead, I pull it back mid way through then in the last ten minutes they score 2 or 3 in quick succession. Bloody frustrating. Pain in the arse how you can't apply user customisation to the controls either. Everytime I get the ball up to the forwards, they just stand there, niether of them or the wingers are willing to make a run.

    Need to nail this tactical defending.

    Yeah, puts the chemistry up if they're in the same league.

    What difficulty do you put it on? I have mine on World Class and the last two games I played against the computer ended in bad defeats so that was the reason for giving up on Ultimate TEam.

    The tactical defending is hard. You get used to it eventually, but sometimes you fuck up easily.
  9. In Ultimate Team I play whatever the tournament's lowest difficulty is set at. It was on World Class where Sevilla (not Benfica) ripped the defence up in the last ten minutes. At the moment in career mode I'm playing on Professional. Lost first two games by a single playing as Aldershot, though they were against better opposition (Beira Mar & Cesena) then beat Real Sociedad. I figure if I can beat them then maybe I need to step it up a notch. Just played a manager mode game as Man Utd, friendly vs. West Ham. Beat them 3-1 but there was still hairy moments in defence.

    I daren't put it on Legendary...

    Legendary on Fifa 11 wasn't that bad, harder to run away with the game but fairly easy to sit and grind out wins. Great for boosting coins in FUT, a little boring for career mode.
  10. I went a career mode as Man City (I know you will hate that) but it got boring after a season. I went Port Vale for some excitement in the game; so I could try and get to the Premier League with them. Got knocked out of the 5th Round of the FA Cup after holding Tottenham to a 0-0 draw then losing 3-0 in the replay. I beat Liverpool in the 3rd round 2-1 though and Portsmouth in the fourth round 3-2. One tip for career mode is if you are starting with a team like Aldershot, look for free agents. There is a goal keeper who is the one for the arena who looks like Puyol called John Smith who is well into the 70's rating. He's great and easy to acquire.

    I've never played FIFA 12 on Legendary. I should really try it sometimes.
  11. I'm playing 'Player Mode' as Aldershot with virtual pro so all the transfers are out of my hands. Over the moon that EA have implemented transfers in pleyer mode though because in Fifa 11, the AI manager never bought or sold anyone. This time, he's already after a player from Accrington, so thumbs up there.

    I don't tend to play as top opposition myself unless I get there through whatever building it takes. But I need to get to grips with the defneding, so might as well do it with a team that has decent defenders.
  12. Ah right, I do 'Player-Manager' so therefore I can control the team and get my pro some accomplishments as well.
