I love that PJ varies their set so much. My comment was directed at the fact that they don't seem to concern themselves with promoting their latest album as much as other bands. Playing as few as three Riot Act songs at some shows in 2003 makes me think they didn't have a tonne of love for their new material.

Your right Matt...They saw that Riot Act wasnt selling..and fans were holding up signs like "Play Leash you pussies "...lol

I suppose the amount they still play songs from Ten, Vs, and (to a slightly lesser extent) Vitalogy shows how they cater to what the fans want to hear - while still incorporating a few rarities and newer songs to appease the hardcore fans.

I bought the Lima download tonight from PJ.com...insane gig...11.18.11..........32 songs....stand out tunes so far...Why Go,Hail Hail,IMMORTALITY,Even Flow,Not For You,Lukin,Better Man,Black,Blood,Jeremy,Porch,GIVEN TO FLY,Alive,RITFW,Indifference and Yellow Led....I played the show 2 times already....CLASSIC....

They really did bring it to SA last year, didn't they? So many shows with 30+ songs - and lots and lots of hits.

I'm really curious about what they'll do this upcoming summer in Europe. Will they test out any new material? Backspacer will be three years old so will they feel the need to keep playing (great) songs like "Just Breathe" and "The Fixer" or will they rotate them more and bring out a few songs from, say, Binaural and Riot Act, that were shelved in 2011? We'll have to wait and see, I suppose, but I pretty sure I'll be collecting those bootlegs!

who knows probably some new songs will have a try in some show, as they're saying lately there's quite a bunch almost ready.
don't see them much together in the next future .. maybe just Jeff is at home in this period hehehe
they don't need much time for rehearsing anyway
