  3. for the 2nd round of awards, I suggest that one forum member can be nominated for more than just one category..... I was desperate when filling out some of them, feeling I wanted to name someone I had already nominated for another category.

    (from the OP rules): "-Boarders may be used for more than one category, but no more than three."
