1. Yeah, that is pretty much the truth. There's only one man who matters though. RUUD. VAN. NIS-TEL-ROOOOOOOOOOY!

  2. WOW, 4 goals again from Messi tonight, and an amazing goodbye to Guardiola. Very impressive seeing 100.000 man honoring such a great coach. Too bad 99% of the coaches leave through the backdoor.

Messi now scored 50 goals in the league this season, an extraordinary record (Ronaldo has scored 45 league goals). Raises his season total to 72 goals (28 assists, involvement in 100 goals), which has never been done by anyone in the first division of a country. I guess he'll remain in football's history books for many years to come.

Marco van Basten was a pretty good striker as well
  4. He never played for United

No, in truth, the Dutch have produced many fantastic players over the years. Actually, is it the Dutch or is it Ajax?

Mainly Ajax, though strikers like Hasselbaink, Makaay and van Persie also knew/know their way as players without an Ajax-past And van Nistelrooy was one of the rare top class strikers that didn't play Ajax.

But most of Holland's top strikers did of course

  6. by far the best of them all ... unluckily hehehe

Guardiola's farewell was impressive and moving yesterday night. What a great coach and example he's been, and how big will his loss be for the quality of the football around Spain and Europe. All I hope is that Mourinho leaves Madrid as soon as humanly possible.

Nah, I still like him being there, he makes football interesting as well, with all the fights and wars

  9. Well that's two goals down, just another eight to go...

  10. Another 4 would make it very interesting.
  11. I hope QPR have got more than enough drive in them next week to stay up. Steal a draw at the Etihad and United win at Sunderland?

Let's not forget that 8 were put past Arsenal in August and it was only 3-1 at half time...
  12. Glad Arsenal is still in for CL, though I can see them giving it away next weekend.
