The UK stations will play Pride, Vertigo, Beautiful Day, With or Without You & One reasonably frequently. When a new album's out Radio 1 still put U2 on the "A" or "B" playlist, meaning the new song(s) are played between 2-6 times a day. They will also usually make it there "Album of the Week", meaning album tracks are played as well.

    Commercial radio again today...

Bleeding Love - Leona Lewis (she won the X Factor for those non-UK out there, show a bit like American Idol).
  4. Wake Me Up When September Ends - Green Day

Here the only thing you'll get is One ft. Mary Blidge.
