    I took my nine year old boy to play in a football tournament today and there are kids - under the age of ten! - doing the same thing. It saddens and sickens me.   2. Without expecting much from them the dutch team really disappointed me. The only one who really delivered was Wesley Sneijder (again). I can't see them beating either Germany or Portugal the way they played today. Just kick either de Jong or van Bommel from the team and push Huntelaar up front with van Persie right behind him.
    If nothing changes, we are another vice-world champion who'll leave the ec in the groupe phase (Germany, France and Italy did it earlier)..

    Exactly. It is ruining the sport actually. It makes me hate footballers — that's why I hate Drogba so much!

  6. Very euphoric atmosphere today here in Croatia. Media are reporting about Croatians and Irish partying and singing together.

  8. A fair amount of interest from our forums today. Should be a good couple of games. Ireland and Croatia definitely see the game as the must win game. Slaven Bilic has said himself, that both teams know that this is the game they can win.
