  1. Well... Maybe it's because they sell boots, or they're releasing a DVD later this year. One can hope
  2. It depends how they feel about it. It isn't because they are releasing a bootleg for it; they released Reading 2006 and Hyde Park 2010 bootlegs and I think most, if not all of both shows were broadcast fully. Like I said before, they will probably broadcast the full show at a later date.
