1. Red side of Manchester will be happy, England out and no injuries to any of our English players.

maybe the wrong is in the name
  3. Wow, another booooring match. Congrats to Italy.

    +1

Shots to goal: England 8 vs Italy 25
    Possession: 37 % vs 63 %
  5. Guys Pirlo is just the best player of the tournament until now. He played amazing today and doing a Panenka in the shoot out what a boss
  6. Germany would've easily pulled another 4 goals out of the bag against England. Pirlo tonight showed why he has been at the top of the game for over a decade. Respect all day long to him.
  7. A lesson in language:

Italian word Pirlo, loosely translates as Xavi in Spanish and Scholes in English. Control.

  8. In all seriousness though:

    Spain vs. Portugal
    Germany vs. Italy

Three great nations full of great players. We can all see the probable final, but I'm all for a shake up. My interest only remains in Portugal now, so I'll be cheering them on. Though, my initial prediction of a Germany win overall still stands with a realistic view on things.
  9. Deutschland!

  10. Boring? Really? This match festured the EC record of shots at goal by a team (Italy), they hit the woodwork several times, attacking style and exciting penalty shootout. Best knockout game so far

And with a deserved winner. Pirlo is a phenomenal player. I can see Italy having more chance vs Germany than England would have.
  11. Yeah, I can't understand those who think it was a boring game... It was a great match. Very entertaining most of the time.
  12. No, it wasn't. England played shit and Italy just did one shoot after another. Where's the excitement in that?
