  1. How much wide angle does your camera have Sergio?
  2. 23 mm (if that's what you ask for). It gets pretty close, great macro.

  3. Ahh, that's great! My little camera goes down to 24 mm. That kind of wide angle is quite useful.
  4. What resolution do those full zoom shots come out at Sergio? Is it purely optical being used there retaining full resolution?

    im in a phone so can't click tun ops. to check.
  5. Purely optical, no cropping or digital zoom at all - hence, they retain all the definition and great optics. Those particular ones were taken at 3264x2448 pixels just for storage reasons (I didn't have an SD with me at the moment), but they can go up to 4000x3000 and still be as awesome.

    There's an adiditional zoom for when you reach the maximum optical zoom, but it's digital zoom so there's interpolation (and quality is lost). I haven't used it yet. I have had no need. This 36x optical zoom is fucking huge.
  6. Using digital zoom is just stupid. Just crop the picture afterwards instead.

  10. Great photo! I love how the raindrops lying on that leaf produce a snowglobe effect with the grass looking as if it is inside the raindrop. Brilliant. Well taken.

    I saw some photos made with iPhone 4S, and believe me - some of them look incredible, almost DSLR quality. I was truly amazed.
