I always was a drag and drop guy but I found it too hard keeping track of what was on the sd card. Especially on android with its hundreds of directories it makes on an sd card. It was all too easy to dump a few hundred tracks in the wrong place. Found a great little app to sync an itunes playlist to my android phone. Works well
  2. Hmm well it has advantages obviously
  3. iTunes is staggeringly slow......only in Windows. I've used it on iMacs and you wouldn't think it's the same software. Clean and fast
  4. Yeah i know, disgrace port for windows.
  5. All sorted. Using Remote on iPad to browse and manage itunes. It plays on the PC which is hooked up to the big speakers. Lovely lovely lovely.
  6. That is pretty neat.

  7. Bit of a revelation this. Should have did it a long time ago. The only (still) shit thing about itunes is the zero video codec support. I can use vlc streamer to watch stuff on the ipad but it's not perfect.
  8. Arent there other apps? I know VLC is on cydia.

  9. Not interested in jailbreaking yet. Playing videos through this remote app would be best but the converting is annoying. My quad core PC used to be fast....
  10. quad core should be able to do it.
  11. Although my quadcore is 4 years it is still pretty fast. Will be replaced with a laptop next month.

  12. It's doing it but it's slow. 10gb mkv to iPad mp4 > 49 minutes in and still an hour to to. Using Handbrake
