1. I've started playing Fifa 11 again (I buy every second Fifa so I can actually notice the improvements). Started a player career and bloody enjoying it. The AI coach is a knob though. He keeps dropping me due to lack of fitness when I am scoring 2 a game, then when i'm out of form (and actually unfit) he keeps selecting me until I get injured.

My player cannot do any skills at all either. Not sure if I have to unlock them but I can do basic step overs etc with every other player in the team but my guy. Playing as a striker from MK Dons in League 1.
  2. You can acquire skill by doing it in the arena, then your skill level increases by stars. Look on the internet on how to do them with your controller then once you do it in the arena, you'll be able to do it in game
  3. Arses, I could do the rainbow flick in the arena but never, ever happened in a game. Think my virtual pro went up to ~82 overall ability in Fifa 11. The AI management is terrible. Wait until you're captain, he'll play you every game regardless of fitness. Annoying because you can't run after half time.

I always felt the VP was targeted by the opposition in games, they didn't give you as much time or space as they gave the other players.

EDIT: I do love player mode though, great just playing games instead of managing the team alongside. Teams are picked, players transferred (Fifa 12) and you can still control all eleven players.
  4. I just entered my 6th season with Spurs in manager mode, finally won the league in my 5th season. but now its kind of boring because it feels like there is nothing left to achieve.

So have gone back to playing with my VP, anyone else play in an online club? I think that feature is one of the best things EA has done in ages.

  5. I think the Pro Clubs feature is a good idea, I'm not in a club though. Never really played it on Fifa 11 either.
  6. I'm in a pro club with 5 friends. We only play it occasionally though.

Just started up Assasins Creed Revelations and found the very first AC on the disk for free!. Though by the time you reach Revelations I'm sure it'll be a Lot cheaper by then anyway!.
  8. Just got back into Halo Anniversary online, some classic multiplayer maps
  9. Just finished Batman: Arkham City. Oh god, one of the best games I've ever played.

  10. I've been thinking of checking that game out. Never been a huge fan of Halo, but I've always wanted to see what the hype was about myself. If I get it I'll run you my gamertag and we can play!

I love the Halo series, I have them all except Wars. My favourite is still the original, so being able to play that in HD graphics and remastered audio is great. Me and my brother have just sat for 109 minutes trying to earn an achievement in Halo Reach's Firefight mode. Earn 1,000,000 points for 75G
  12. I never really played Halo, actually I never really was a gamer. Just got back into F1 2011, damn I cant believe I used to be 'reasonable' in that game. Now I spin each other lap
