Southampton should've won. The only thing you can compliment United on is that never give up attitude. And Paul Scholes of course.

Based on the game against City and Utd, Southampton deserved at least some points.

Today they were more consistent, but my feeling that was only because Utd was struggling with themselves.

Swindon manager Paolo Di Canio says he will not play goalkeeper Wes Foderingham again until he apologises to fans for the "arrogance" he showed in the 4-1 loss at Preston.

The 21-year-old was substituted on 21 minutes after his error led to Akpo Sodje's opener.

“Di Canio went raw on his young goalkeeper. Hope the young lad is strong enough to come through this...harsh start to League One football” - Manchester United's Rio Ferdinand on Twitter

He exchanged words with Di Canio as he left the field and chose to sit in the stands for the remainder of the game.

"He's the worst professional I've ever seen," Di Canio told BBC Wiltshire. "It wasn't only the mistake, which can happen to everyone. It was the arrogance later on when he started moaning to the others. That was the worst thing for me.

"If he doesn't come out and say sorry to the fans for his professionalism, then he is out of my team."

Great interview to watch. Paola was just bemused at the guy acting up as if he was a 50 million quid superstar. "he's 20 and in league one"

He's just realised he could be playing with Robin van Perfect.

I don't know, he says it's not money and his sadness won't affect his motivation or performance.

or that he wants to play with Bale, imagine Ronaldo on the right and Bale on the left, would be a scary sight for the other teams' full backs.

That's probably why Real Madrid and Tottenham entered that strange partnership around the time of the sale of Modric. Get a good, exclusive deal on Bale.
