  1. No one has ever criticised me for becoming a Green Day fan during American Idiot but if someone did, I'd go nuts. I didn't do it for influence, I didn't do it because it was cool, I did it because American Idiot was awesome. It still is to me.

    21st Century Breakdown was disappointing.
  2. Yeah that's why I regret judging those people then. After all, if its my favorite Green Day album, why should I criticize someone simply for letting it welcome them into the world of their music?

    I let someone borrow my American Idiot and they broke it. Lucky I've managed to keep it on my iTunes since then. I've been meaning to buy a new one for years. I'm probably too embarrassed to go into a shop and buy it and have the shop assistant to say "How the fuck don't you have this album yet?" I suppose this is probably the worst time to buy it as people will think I just became a fan of them through Uno, Dos & Tre.
