    It's a superb building Aidan. Clearly lends itself well to the lens of a camera. I'd love to visit some day.

Three streelights are visibly not working, so the photographer (or photoshopper as you'd call him) obviously isn't that skilled when creating images.     I agree, that the bursts are not photoshopped as in placed there manually Probably just some changing of curves / leveling to bring them out better.

  7. Here's a picture for you guys. Took a nature walk with my parents and the girlfriend yesterday, and in some places it's quiet enough that if you put your hand out with bird seed in it the birds will land right on your hand and eat from it. This is my hand, photo cred goes to my better half!:

    Another one from Belgrade, didnt get the DOF as I wouldve wanted. And focus is crappy due to that twig as well :/ Need to exercise more and look at Tim's photos

    First off, what an interesting structure. It is a real shame that there is something in the foreground that is out of focus. I'm not sure which twig you mean, the one that exits the left of the frame is ok, the one that comes towards the lens is the distraction. The background and middle ground are spot on for me.

    You should've checked it in the LCD afterwards, then snapped off anything you didn't like and retake the shot. Photography comes before nature.

  12. Yeah I tried a few times, but was in bit of a hurry since i wasnt alone The twig in the middle coming to the lens is the one I am talking about. Shouldve just removed the twig

    It was an awkward sight though, the whole hill was covered with thousands of those small snails. Didnt even notice till I looked up close.
