... Loose Ends - Something In The Night - STOLEN CAR ... killer early sequence!!!

one of the best openings of the tour, the joke shout for security during hungry heart made me laugh, another woman making a grab for him presumably.

  4. another great set list until you have to put up with light of day it's just tedious. Just imagine going home and thinking no thunder road but we got light of day! yeah right.
  5. are you or whoever is counting including the harlem apollo and austin shows? Personally i'd include them.

Just started reading a new Bruce biography by clinton heyling "E street shuffle: the glory days of bruce springsteen and the e street band". It's going to prove hard to put down. Numerous bootleg references littered throughout, clinton clearly has or has had access to some of the rarer out-takes. I've got most of Heyling's rock biographies and the definitive bootleg! the rise and fall of the secret recording industry - which should be compulsory reading for any serious collector of boots - i'd love to sit down in a bar with him for a few hours cos i think we'd have a hell of a lot to talk about.
  6. yes they are included .. i'm not the one counting
    statistics
  7. I wonder if he's counting - clarence used to read the forums so he would know but (unlike the majority of btx etc) I don't think Bruce cares what they say etc.
  8. i don't think he's counting or reading forums but someone will probably let him note it .. as it likely happened for the 4h thing
  9. he was definitely going for four hours whether he knew or someone told him is anyone's guess. Steve's said in the past he thinks they should do 90 minutes so as the clock ticked round he must have been well pissed off
  10. one thing is almost sure .. Bruce and Steve first will miss the madness of this year hehe
  11. At times, whether it's on the bits of tv footage, you tube vids or the dvd's of the gigs they look like two kids in a sweetshop - they seem to have spent 90% of every gig laughing. If it wasn't for the likes of jack of all trades, shackled - i don't think they'd have had a serious minute between the two of them.
