1. They really should have attempted to add Portugal, Spain, and Italy into their tour this past summer. They "owe" fans in North America a tour and judging by the lack of consistent touring they've done over the past few years, I wouldn't expect PJ to get to your side of the pond until at least 2014.

Hopefully I am dead wrong, however, and we all get a show this year.

(However, they may need a temporary "fill in" for Matt Cameron. I think this Soundgarden reunion is really taking off.)
  2. my optimistic 1$ bet ... 10-15 gigs in US and 2-4 festivals in Europe
  3. Those poor Aussies. Doesn't EV want to surf?!
  4. Seems Jeff is the only one giving interviews these days
  5. Jeff actually seems to be out of the loop...he gave an interview, and said he basically doesnt know anything in relation to the band......kinda strange..
  6. or he didn't want to say anything or there's really nothing to say .. and that is more worrying
  7. Or he was "annoyed" to answer PJ questions on a RNDM event
  8. likely too yes .. and it would be quite fair, even though if you accept an "interview" you know some questions about PJ will emerge, especially if the questions come from a fans like the guy of Grunge Report
  9. Of course,I mean, would any of you ask about RNDM ? Id be like "Jeff, what the hell is going on with PJ?" RNDM are only "known" because Jeff is in PJ..otherwise,nobody would give a shit..same goes for Brad...
  10. I guess that Atlanta (Midtown Music Festival) came out today. The setlist looks decent (six songs from Ten) but still a bit short.

    I'll pass. For now, anyway.
  11. Was actually a quite interesting (or stupid) comment on the article with the interview. Someone claimed that the fanclub winner of the Amsterdam 2 show wasn't a random fan, but a friend of Jeff? Or someone is just really jealous.

Matt,IMO,the 2010 boots are much better,as are the Canadian gigs from 2011...sure,there are some very solid gigs from Europe 2012,its live PJ in Europe,so those boots are essential.......

I dont think you need to hear the American gigs, since the tunes are basically the same since 2009,but thats me..Im actually shocked you wrote "I'll pass",but I of course agree with you....the American gigs were just Festivals...so,I dont blame you....

Also,is it me,or did Jeff seem annoyed in that interview..not at the gentleman asking the questions,he seemed put off that PJ are doing nothing....interesting non answers,he isnt like that,he is a great guy,as is Stone and Matt C (who I had the pleasure of meeting backstage IOW,it was really off to the left of the stage).

I listened to Jeff chatting to a couple of American fans backstage,I was content, since I spoke to Matt.....he couldnt have said enough,he was very nice,he even asked them a couple of questions, finally a member of PJs road crew actually had to tell him "Jeff, you have to go..please."

So,maybe Im reading too much into this interview, but that didnt seem like him to me.I like the fact that he seems pissed at the non activity,I can relate to that....Im sure he is frustrated, like us.
