  2. Imo yes they are, and thats all that matters to me. Music magazines may say otherwise, but the way their music makes me feel is something no other band can match.
  3. I think there are close to be....but The Beatles are the best band ever ( i´m not a big fan of The Beatles and i am a crzay u2´s fan )
  4. I think the thing that makes U2 great is that every album is different. You cannot just put a song on a different album.

    There are moments when I'd love to hear One and would hate hearing Vertigo. There are moments when it's the other way around. Other artists don't have such a complete catalog.

  7. Well, to me they're the best, personally. But if you're gonna be "objective" the greatest band ever is of course The Beatles. And I live them too.

    In my world, our world, and in this forum they are indeed the greatest of all time - and that's all that matters.

    Sure, one could make objective arguments for other bands (e.g., The Beatles, Led Zep, Radiohead, etc.) but objectivity does not matter when discussing artistic preference.
