Interesting note that the cardboard package was actually ripped open at the top and taped afterwards... There was no notice of custom act but still everything was intact. Are they really doing such a procedure to insert the Zoo cd's into an already sealed U22 packages...?

Same burst open parcel for me however zoo was missing, have emailed them not holding out much hope, bloody shambles if you ask me, if no reply will be requesting money back from credit card.

  2. Cardboard package was also ripped open and zootvcd included. There was also a little note on thepackage from the Belgian post: we received this package already damaged\opened. Really nice from them. At first it seemed that disc one of U22 was missed, but it was somewhere in the zootv cardsleeve.
  3. Lol, as if they're just throwing it into existing packaging. At $85 I'm sure they could afford a new box.
  4. at all those reports.
  5. Didn't they learn from the AB mega super deluxe packaging damages, unbelievable

  6. These were even worse, people had paid high amounts (it was priced over 400€, wasn't it?) for it. This U22+Zoo CD packages are a gift, on the other hand. Still they are some discouraging news...
  7. Shipment package was ripped a bit here, but the inside looks good.

They did declare it at customs as gift*, with a value of $ 5. McGuinness found a way to avoid taxes once more

    * It is debatable it is a gift, since there is no other reason to subscribe this year anyway. Plus the there was a difference in 'gift' prizes. Anyway dont think it was nice by u2.com to dodge taxes like this.
  8. Maybe calling it a subscriber "gift" in the first place is all a tax dodging effort. The game is rigged from the start.
  9. Good on them. If there's a way to save money, do it.
  10. If they hadn't dodged them, subscribers would probably have payed them Chris.
  11. I know, but doesnt make it less fraud
  12. Got mine yesterday, didn't come with FTGU or Edge Picks (Coming Later), but the U22 and Zoo TV Live CD's are great Can't wait for Edge Picks and FTGU! $85 well spent
