1. I can't wait to see this one - but I have to.

Lots of great movies out there right now.
  2. Inception (2010, UK-USA, 9/10) - Excellent movie about a skilled thief (Leonardo DiCaprio) who is able to enter the human mind through dream invasion. The film's soundtrack was composed by Hans Zimmer and is great.

Loft (2010, NL, 7/10) - If you know Dutch, this remake of the most successful Belgian movie is an okay way to spend your Monday evening. Five married man secretly share a loft where they independently cheat on their wives. One day, a dead body is found in the loft...

Live 2012 (2012, UK, 8/10) - I watched the broadcast (and the rebroadcast two days later) of this concert film by Coldplay. It was a shortened version, lasting only an hour, missing the 'rare songs'. Whatsoever, the performance of the classics where incredible. Make sure you don't miss it.
  3. " Troy" amazing movie!
  4. Django UNchained- Im a huge Tarantino fan so im biased -AMAZING MOVIE Just go see it please

    Ted- Hilarious
  5. ...I think I'll get to the movies this weekend (or next week)...which should I see: The Hobbit, Life of Pi (both in 3D so more reason to see it in the theatre), Django Unchained, or Lincoln. I don;t get to the moives much so I want to make this one count. If I could see all four, trust me, I would.

  6. I too am a HUGE QT fan. When people ask me "What's your favourite movie of all time?" my answer has been "Pulp Fiction" since 1994 (it was probably Star Wars before that)

I think I'll "rent" Ted this weekend.
  7. Pulp Fiction is my answer as well!!!
  8. Django Unchained in my opinion (speaking as a QT fan and a general movie lover) is probably one of the best if not THE best to come out this year and maybe even in the last few years. I enjoyed every single minute of it, whether it was humorous, tense, dark or pure awesome action. Everything about it was done perfectly and nothing took you out of the movie for a second. Even DiCaprio whom you might assume wouldn't fit did an EXCELLENT job. They all did. Wow. So awesome.

Going to see The Hobbit today...FINALLY

well ive only seen Django but if you want a 3d experience I would go Life of PI. If u want that "popcorn" expierience... go Django. The theater expirience with Django was amazing. Laughing, crying, cringing... its all there. Id save Lincoln for home viewing. IMO it looks boring lol
  10. Yeah, Lincoln is definitely #4 on that list of four. Theer's also that film (I think it's) called Zero Dark Thirty that's supposed to be very good.
  11. Took the kids to see the Hobbit yesterday. It was good, very slow at the start though.Once it got going,we enjoyed it.

The plot is very similar to LOTR of course.
  12. Saw Superman Returns yesterday, a little late I know.
It was an enjoyable movie, although Superman isn't by far my favorite superhero (Batman is the best evah, no discussion) it surprised me in a positive way.
