    Yeah Clarence was on the screen with a tiny little snippet of Danny in there too. The crowd couldn't get enough of it

    EDIT: whoops thought you said 10th Ave...

    In My City of Ruins he just sang the snippet and paid tribute to Clarence. I don't think there was anything on the screen. First night I was 3rd row and second night I was 2nd row so I was too close to see the screens..
  5. It always suprised me why people request songs like Cover Me or No Surrender, great songs, don't get me wrong, but he does play them a lot.

    Would be the same if people made a request for U2 to play Vertigo or One

    Yeah pretty pointless requesting them IMO. The only song I would request that isn't rare would be Prove It All Night (78 version)

    What's with Bruce's new obsession with High Hopes? I mean I love the track, but three shows in a row and no WTCOOO? It's not like High Hopes was a bit hit for him like a lot of the other songs he plays.. 98% of the crowd don't know it!
  8. re: requests cover me is actually fair enough - it's not played that often and the first version last year was great - it should have appeared more often - promised land/no surrender ? i'm afraid you've let yourself down there my aussie friends - it's like a mid order batting collapse. Get something like from small things or frankie in there and we'd all be calling you a bunch of lucky bastards and checking clocks to see how long before a recording turned up. Redeem yourselves folks - get a sign for roullette or tunnel.

    That's what I love about Brisbane 2. The sign requests were terrific and we got other songs on the set like Incident and Racing that should probably be requested every night.. Would love to see Tunnel or Lucky Town or Thundercrack or Frankie or The Promise at Hanging Rock..
