  4. i'd go as far as poor not awful - it might work in the context of the show but his voice isn't up to it. The pet shop boys are ok live they don't need to be doing covers. For any of their fans who don't know bruce it probably seems alright it's us that are so used to hearing it sung by bruce that any other way takes some adjusting to.

    ps i've posted the dial a bruce idea on btx couldn't resist the sarcasm any longer.

  11. Bit of an anti climax all in all. When Bruce pulled out tougher than the rest I thought the setlist was going to be blown wide open and anything was going to happen. Especially when he took my sign for the Promise. Told me to give it to him.. And he plays fucking Johnny 99 instead. Disgusting. Overall still a good show, If I Fall Behind was actually a highlight, so too the River, Atlantic City, Tougher and the opening four pack. Other than that it was dull and short. Only about 2 hours 51 minutes. Dancing in the Dark was played.
