1. ^ And have a whinge when they play something new.
  2. Obviously I'd want to see Richie Sambora there too when I see them in Glasgow but there's no way I'd turn down my £12.50 ticket just because he isn't playing with them. It's a shame, though.

Yep. 12'5 pounds, it's just... Oh well. I wish every band took this approach, it would make our life much easier
  4. Same here. It was them trying to say that Rolling Stones tickets are overpriced. Somehow ironic when Bon Jovi are charging an astronomical amount for standing and other seating tickets.

Really? Here in Madrid the most expensive tickets were the Golden Circle/Premium GA/whatever, and they were 39€ (33 pounds), fees included. Most expensive seats were 37, then 26'50 (same as non-premium GA), then 18€ (the ones I got). All of them are reaaaally cheap given the kind of show and the venue!
  6. Tickets for the Bon Jovi show in Lisboa are muuuuch higher price though... Just checking them right now, 103€ for the Premium GA and 62€ for the rest of the GA plus most of the seats... Well, that's quite a difference. And Portugal is probably more economically fucked up than Spain... Oh well.
  7. I'll take their Glasgow show as an example. Seating tickets range from £50.63 to £95.63. Standing tickets are at £73.13. That's ridiculous! I'm seeing them for much less and I don't care if I can barely see Jon Bon Jovi's scrunched up face, I'll still enjoy it.
  8. Pretty much the same for me. I mean, I'm not sure if I would be able to see a U2 show from 90 meters away, but I don't have the same problem with other artists I'm not that much of a fan of. Oh, and for the record - I would (will?) be pissed if U2 charged me £73 for a GA ticket.
  9. I saw U2 from very far back when I sat at Croke Park and it was a great show, mainly because of the stage. I paid £90 for that ticket and I don't regret it. I'd happily pay that for a GA ticket.
  10. We're used to much cheaper ticket prices - our salaries are lower than yours too Well, maybe 73 pounds (80€) is the max. I'd pay for U2... But only for U2, not even Muse, Bruce Springsteen or Coldplay... And of course not Bon Jovi either
  11. Nah, my salary is really not that much. I only work in a supermarket. I would pay that much money because it's U2. They're my favourite band – always have, always will be. I'd happily pay £90 for a ticket.

I mean average UK salariess vs. average Spain ones.

And yeah, I'm in the same situation - U2 is our Achilles heel. I'm even starting to save in a different bank account for when they play Dublin again...
