  3. My appreciation for 'Nothingman' increased as soon as I heard the live acoustic version. I love that song now.

  4. There are soooooo many great shows available from 2000 (especially this year), 2003, 2005 (that 2005 SA tour is supposedly a classic - admittedly, I've never listened to them but I will one day), and 2006.

    Get on them, Aidan!!!

    As I mentioned before, the studio version of the song lacks the angst that the live performances provide. I feel the same way about "Off He Goes" - good on the album, outstanding in concert. In both cases, the strain you can hear in EV's voice takes these songs to another level.

    cant believe its been 15 yrs since the release of Yield...loved that tour.........dang.....Im getting old.......wow
  7. The first Pearl Jam album I listened to - loved the artwork back then and I still love it now.

  8. I have a framed picture of this (well, the right side of it) on my wall (in my garage) - it's from the South Pacific Tour (has all of the dates from that leg).

    I attended the Auckland show.

    I love No Code but I agree that it sounds better live, and that Eddie mumbles a lot during the album.
