  1. I could never connect to Megaupload.com because Firefox says that there is a problem with the cookies (they are always refused) that I have not understood at all!
    I know I've not explained the problem very well, but... if someone could help me...

  2. Well if I have Firefox issues I always switch back to Internet Explorer for the time being. It could be anything, but if it's only Megaupload which gives trouble it's really tough. Have you read the FAQ on Megaupload.com? Maybe there's a solution.

    Well, "I will follow" your example and so i will try with IE.

    Sorry for giving you again troubles about my connection problems. But the real problem is that some bootlegs (you know) are available only from Megaupload.com, and this is why I'm searching help.

    At a first impression, I think Magaupload is better than Rapidshare. I think it's more useful! Don't you agree, Remy? Well, I know you've said Rapidshare is the best and probabily it is, but I have this other impression.

    Well, I always used Megaupload, until they started to delete all my bootlegs due to a violation of the terms. I've mailed them a dozen times but they never replied, every time I uploaded a new bootleg it was gone after a few days because they thought it was illegal. And they are a lot slower than Rapidshare, and more expensive if you use premium accounts (which I do to guarantee availability of the downloads). Rapidshare support is also way better.

    Rapidshare forever imho But Megaupload is nice too for big files, and you can download more as a free user.

    About the speed you're right, because I'm downloading a 200MB bootleg at less than 30KBps from Megaupload, that is (I think) the slowest speed for Rapidshare! And what about their freeware, Mega Manager? I've downloaded it but not already used. Is it useful or useless?
    I'll wait for your suggestions before installing it.

    Useless, it's nothing faster than the web-upload (at least it was at the end of last year, never used it anymore since).

    I only download from Megaupload at 33-40 kbps, while I get 90-95(even 100) kbps with MegaManager, and you can cheat the message of "DOWNLOAD LIMIT EXCEDED" with the MegaManager... I you know how!
    I think it's usefull if you experience low speeds with the usual direct-download... If not, leave it as it is!

    Another advantage is the resuming option of uploading, when I used Megaupload for uploading and did it through the webpage it often crashed. With the Megamanager you can resume it when it crashes.
  11. I use Safari, and Megaupload works fine, except

    -no simultaneous downloads
    -eventually they cut me off (like 4-6 downloads)

    ···Yeah, I referrer to that, you can cheat the program and "say" him you haven't downloaded nohing yet, that's very cool!
    Anyway, MegaXXX has nothing to do against RapidShare!!
