The festival I mentioned yesteday has just announced that Portishead and Glasvegas join their lineup... The result is this little thing, absolutely awesome for the 35 bucks I paid a couple of months ago (when TDCC was the main headliner)... That's brilliant for 35 euros. Shame about Glasvegas, haha! Crystal Castles, Two Door Cinema Club, Belle and Sebastian and Portishead though – excellent for the price!

Absolutely. I'm not a big fan of Portishead (in fact I might have heard around 5 songs by them in my life) but there's plenty of time to dig a little deeper into their works. The festival location is also brilliant, 3 minutes walk from the Benidorm beach, which is a pretty popular destination among English and Germans

Probably best to listen to Dummy before you see them, it's a very good album. Yeah, Benidorm is a well-known tourist attraction among British people – predominately English, actually. Probably because of the weather and beaches, something we don't get/have a lot of in Britain!

I'm going to see Mr. Knopfler on Saturday.

The Privateering 2013 Tour has just began and apparently ol' man is on fire. Can't wait to hear again that distinctive guitar sound again...

BTW: I hope U2 would try something simmilar on the next tour:

Hopefully he plays some good Frames songs - I believe some of them will be with him tonight. Really dying to hear "Fake" but I doubt that ever gets a damn bit of play anymore.

"Say It to Me Now" is also always welcome.
