Apparently when they played Lollapalooza this year people stood silently for the entire set and a good portion of the crowd were in tears by the end.

I was dancing my ass off to Gaslight Anthem at the time.

but that's a tough one, i wouldn't know who to see between those since I like both for very different reasons ahaha

Kudos to them for standing in silence, and perfectly understandable that some of them eventually teared up. Sigur Rós' music is so hauntingly beautiful that any/every true music lover would do so at a Sigur Rós concert.

I decided to check out Sigur Rós after all this time - ordered in Von and Ágætis byrjun. Hoping they're good.

All I can say is...wow. Von is an absolute masterpiece.

Now playing 'Ágætis byrjun'....going to be hard to top Von.
