1. The left, and Muslims have aligned themselves with each other. Its like people assuming, I'm a drug dealer, cause I hang out with drug dealers. If I cared, if people thought I was a drug dealer, I would stop hanging with drug dealers.
  2. Nice job there comparing the left to drug dealers.
I believe you do understand that your argument of "extending the courtesy" to Muslims is irrational and unfair and you're just being an "asshole" to "get a point across".

However, just to be clear, if you vilify Muslims you are not only hurting the ones living in the US. They are only 0.2% of all Muslims in the world.
The ones who do get hurt the most are the majority of Muslims who live elsewhere, especially those who have recently immigrated or are about to immigrate to the west (many of them are not even religious and are just Muslim descendants) just to escape the terrible situation in this region...just like the Irish did during the famine.
  3. You took my metaphor a bit to litreally dude. I was just pointing out, that people are judged by their associations.

  4. But Muslim's probably the most. Nobody judged all Christians or white people when Breivik killed people, or when the Ku Klux Klan did.

And if you get mad when all gun owners are judged, shouldn't you start with bettering yourself?
  5. How can I better myself anymore than I am, at this time? I have compromised my values, to go to college, on the gov's dime, I work out at least twice a week, and I haven't wanted to assault any idiots/assholes in over 3 months.

  6. I got that, that's why I said you're trying to make a point in your own way
You do have a point about all gun owners being judged the same by some people. That is terrible and I have actually argued with people here (not the forums, here in Iran) who do it.

I agree with Olof tho, about Muslims being a victim of this the most...and I was trying to say that this has a much bigger effect on their lives than it has on other groups that are being judged by their associations.
  7. I cant speak for the rest of the world, but bias against Muslims really ain't that big an issue in the U.S. Even post 9/11, they are still 4 times less likely to be the victims of hate crimes as Blacks, and an astonishing 8 times less likely than Jews.

Its a manufactured issue, used by the left, to push white guilt.
  8. I didn't mean just hate crimes - many minorities are victims of hate crime. I'm referring to immigration and blending in becoming more difficult. Imagine you're a poor Muslim descendant in the middle east, trying to immigrate to the west...not because of better weather, but because you can not live in your home country any more due to the oppression, difficult economy etc. and you want to have a shot at a happy life...

A general view of Muslim = Terrorist will reduce your chances significantly.
  9. I don't know, what your talking about. America, is among the most Muslim friendly country's in the world. The only ones who have trouble, are the ones, who make no effort to assimilate at all.
  10. "....…..If you voted for Obama because of his work experience, then you are delusional ….of his qualifications, then you are ignorant ….of his economic plan, then you are a moron ….he is black, then you are racist ….you want free stuff, then you are greedy ….your union told you to, then you are a tool ….you want free healthcare, then you are an idiot. But if you voted for him because you TRULY know what he stands for, then you are a traitor."

  11. When someone threatens to kill me, for my views, my usual response, is something to the effect of "Then shut the fuck up, and do it. Quit making me waste time, unlike you I actually have a life, so unless you're actually gonna kill me, then go home, asshole, I got more important shit to do, then putting up with you."
