Great cover here too . For the old 80's fans ... Alphaville's Forever Young . Brandon's voice really fits with this song in my opinion !

They did Forever Young at the Madrid show last September (only time I've seen them so far)...

  2. Hello again everyone, glad to see people are still loving The Killers

  3. Yes that's what I mean.

The Killers came to Australia and did four or five festival shows, with only two shows on their own, in small theaters and clubs that hold a couple thousand people max. I didn't get the chance to see one of the smaller shows, cause they were 1000-2000km away, so I saw them at a festival instead. On the Battle Born Tour.

Yet they played a predominantly greatest hits set, as they always do at festivals, and I got two songs from Battle Born, the album they were/are promoting. Two songs. Runaways and Miss Atomic Bomb...

    Pisses me off.
  4. Will they come back to Australia later this tour do you think?
  5. Nope
  6. I this band

Yeah, festivals are good performance-wise but pretty poor setlist-wise. I guess that's the price they have to pay - less stage time means less "not known" songs and more gr. hits. I saw them at a festival too (20.000 people that went there almost exclusively to see them) and I got the exact same 2 BB songs that you got...... Only difference is that I saw them the week that BB was being released (Sept. 15th) and you saw them in... January? That's crazy.

    Yep.

The whole festival gig thing is the one and only thing I don't like about the killers.

After BB came out I wanted to see songs from that album so bad, and got barely anything
  9. That Wembley show... It's going to be amazing. Hopefully we'll get a DVD to mark the occasion!
  10. (First of all - I don't have a clue of how tickets are selling - I might be completely wrong)... Buuuuut...

I don't think they're selling out Wembley Stadium.
  11. That's embarrassing
