1. Watched the interview today and I'm really glad I did. As a Christian, I felt Bono's insight on faith (his faith in particular) and how it has shaped the way he views and approaches the world is amazing. I also liked his response to the question of what he would say when he found himself in the presence of God. A Bono without words? That's definitely something we won't be seeing in this lifetime.
  2. MacPhisto faces?

  3. I'm glad he cleared up that tax questions.

  4. What did he say about it? Anywhere I can read that? Not the best connection to watch it online.

  5. Not to the commenters on some of the news articles posted about the interview. They are vicious.
  6. He's spot on, In the Nineties Ireland gave all kind of tax deductions and benefits to mostly US companies to come to Ireland to create jobs (of which mostly went to non Irish anyway due to language skills), resulting in the Celtic tiger. But if an Irish company looks for the same benefits and lower taxes in another country, it's outrageous???
