1. Just saw Iggy Pop, Arctic Monkeys and Editors

  2. How were Editors? Still haven't had the time to listen to their new album I know Iggy Pop and Arctic Monkeys are superb live but I'm curious as to how have Editors evolved without their guitar player...
  3. By the way, Bon Jovi tonight
  4. This Friday The Who Ziggo dome Amsterdam
  5. Seen The National yesterday for the fourth time. The only band that never disappointed me. They're so brilliant.
  6. I saw Smashing Pumpkins last night, they were epic! Going to see Bon Jovi tonight at Hampden with my £15 ticket.

  7. How funny, the way the tour's international schedule puts American and European legs so close together - only 9 days until I see Bon Jovi myself.

Pearl Jam's only US show in about 2 weeks, too. Very excited. I think that countdown clock is going to reveal a fall tour though. Still excited because rumors surfaced today that they're filming my show for a DVD, which is something I've still yet to experience - owning a show I was at on a mass-released DVD. I have a DVD from when The Who played Chicago in 2005 or 2006 or so...but they made them for every show and it was just the camera footage shown on the screens during the show. Better than nothing I suppose.

Oh I guess when I saw Grace Potter at Lollapalooza she was filming that for a DVD. I'm all over that one now that I think about it. Who cares though, I'll take PJ over Grace effin' Potter any day of the week.

    I'm rambling.
  8. Im currently sitting on a plane, just about to take off to Bologna.
i will see Muse and Arctic Monkeys on Saturday and Wednesday respectively... and we MIGHT make it to the Sting show - that would be epic.
  9. Great show of The Who last night in Amsterdam, great acoustics again in the Ziggo Dome. Nice to hear Baba and Love reign from the original instead of PJ

One noticeable thing, there was a lot of hassle/irritation/fights at the front of the stage, been too many concerts, but never expected this at a The Who concert haha. Seats on the floor, one advantage off course have an assigned spot on the floor, but big disadvantage seems all those people walking from the back to the front, blocking view of the people there. Was sitting front 2nd ring so had a good overview

Coen, how did you find it?
  10. Amazing show, they still rock! Especially Pete Townshend, awesome to see his famous Windmill guitar playing....I had great seats in section 111, first section on the left of the stage. Havent been that much into Quadrophenia before but I´m sure I will listen to it a lot in the upcoming weeks...Says enough about the show I guess
  11. p.s. They were recording a dvd yesterday...good change that there will be parts of the Ziggo Dome Show at an upcoming dvd release!
