1. ^Nothing like "flooding."
  2. I don't like to "diss" my favourite bands much but a countdown clock that that is currently at over 93 DAYS for an album release seems just a touch (note the sarcasm here) excessive.

I agree. I said the same in an earlier post. The countdown clock has officially wore out its welcome.
  4. Yes that countdown is really over the top.

About MYM, good song, it grows, it's PJ off course. But experimental/innovative...no. Not this song but look forward to the rest of the album.

This past week I've spent in Italy I have listened to a lot of radio (our rented car didn't have audio inputs and I didn't carry any CDs), and Pearl Jam has popped out more than a few times. Our friend Ronnie will probably know the radio station called Virgin Radio... They've played Even Flow, RVM, Black, Breathe and my beloved Better Man (with a beautiful introduction by the radio commenter, who translated the whole lyrics to italian and explained the song, including the "to the bastard that married my mum" sentence) at least once, some of them twice or more. I think PJ has been the most played band in our car after Muse (which actually owns Nr1 of the italian charts with Panic Station) and Depeche Mode. Some U2 and Coldplay too. Great radio station!!

Advice: if anyone ever has to drive through Italy and don't have their own music, tune in to Virgin Radio

basically i never listen to radio but when it occasionally happens that is the only listenable one yes

Mind Your Manners into Brain Of J just for making an example ... jeez
  7. I enjoy a good, fast-paced PJ tune - like "Brain of J," "Spin The Black Circle" or "Hail, Hail." However, what makes their respective albums so great is that these songs are offset by a variety of other sounds and tempos found in other tracks.

I hope this is the case with "Mind Your Manners."
  8. Someone has an idea what the weather is like in/around Seattle end of November/begin December?
  9. Sorry I couldn't resist
  10. hehe i had the same answer hehe
  11. Yes, just read that is the wettest month of the year. Not that I would expect high summer in December, but not so much rain would be nice.
