Brandon has serious problems to be perfectly in tune when the music is quiet or when there's mainly drums & bass. It happens live in many songs (the start of Bling, the middle eight of Spaceman (my global position system, etc), the start of FRU -yesterday it was specially awful-, Glamorous Indie R&R, the start of I Can't Stay and almost the whole of Shadowplay) but it also happens in studio (Shadowplay, the end of Bling come to mind).
Of course it's not like he's completely out of tune, he's a trained singer and a gifted musician after all, but he lacks some fine adjust and it bothers me a lot.

Do you notice his voice having that problem when you're there in person? I know what you mean, I can't listen to very many of their live performances over headphones without seeing them because his voice can bug me too.
