  10. been to the oculist professor today.
Eyesight on both eyes hasn't changed too much since the last tests before the radiotherapy. You might remember that last year in July the y damaged some eye nerves during operation and since then my left eye is closed, I can't move the eye anymore and therefor not use itr at all. The plan today was to check things and then set up a date for an operation to correct whatever can be done on the left eye, so I can see halfway properly again.
Due to the Cushing syndrome they say they cannot do an operation until the syndrome fades. So no operation oon the eye set up yet, I have to come back to the oculist in mid November, then maybe things have changed for the better. Get rid of the Cushing is the goal.
For me that means another delay in getting back to a more normal every-day-life where I coulod handle things of my own. I'm totally dependent on help all day, cannot drive a car, cannot do my work, cannot do any crap on my own. Another handful of months of delay. Well then, here's cheers to the day after tomorrow (Wednesday) when the 3-hours test at the endocrinologist is due. Let's kick this Cushing thingy in the butt. Moody and peeved, me? Never. Only a wee bit maybe So tired of being a fat retarded-looking something, sorry. Promise to be better tomorrow
  11. You are so strong Kirsten, you are one of a kind in so many things, too bad it's also some negative things with all the things you're going through. They aren't gonna make it easy are they? Stay strong, patience in your virtue.

Thanks for keeping us posted again.
