  2. My brother-in-law is in Dublin for three days now and saw the funeral yesterday but haven't seen U2 unfortunately!!!

    They were at the funeral, the 4 of them plus McGuinness... He must have missed him. Although it was clearly not the most appropiate ocassion to get a photo or an autograph, it would have been nice to spot them anyway.

    Last time I was in 'Bubblin' Dublin' is already 12 years ago, but I'm planning to go to Dublin in summer 2014, so probably around the time of U2's new album release-party..... :-)

  9. 3 hours to step on the plane, I just wanted to share this with you; it's the hotel where I'm staying this 2 nights:





    In all honesty, I have to say that the "former U2 studio", even if it was just for a few hours (story here: www.skybackpackers.com/hostels/dublin/liffey/studio) got me hooked besides the hotel great services, location and price
