It seems that Adam Clayton, told 98FM radio, would have said the following about the new U2 album:
On the state of the disc recording and its upcoming release:
"We're still in it, we are almost finished and the album should be out early next year [2014]"
About the sound of the new album:
"It's kind of a return to the old U2, but U2 maturity of the last 10 years ... an interesting combination"
Have also confirmed that Adam will have 12 new songs and that they intend to have them completed by the end of November and enjoy Christmas.
