1. Hey everyone, seems like a frienly place. I was recommended here by a friend who gave out about U2.com - how much do they charge? - anyhoo I've noticed already that most people here seem to list Actung Baby! as their favourite album - interesting considering the Joshua Tree album is usually the favourite amongst critics (but what do they know eh?). Maybe most people here weren't around in the 80's or maybe it was AB that first got you into U2?

Anyway like the title says Zooropa's the favourite song - it was recently the 14th anniversary of the last time it was played live and was only ever playd live 3 times (London x2 and Glasgow) - what I wouldn't give to see them play it live. I wouldn't rule it out, but I think it would only ever be played as a snippet given they only play the last third of the song, and they play more snippets these days than back in the 90's. Anyway thanks for the welcome!
  2. Good man

Nice intro. There's only a few of us born in the 70's or earlier. Most people born very late 80's or early 90's here (like you ).

Zooropa's enjoying a renaissance here, as is Pop a little bit.

Enjoy the forums, they're a great place to be.

I was born 1969, just before Woodstock and Neil Armstrong. To me it's alway been mpossible to decide between JT and AB.

Zooropa and Pop are not my faves. Guess I'm too old...
