  4. You've got to admit, they'd made it seem like it was going to be something even half worthwhile with the email announcing a time and all for the release
  5. I bet they were heavily inspired by their cover of 'This Is' while they were doing 'Ordinary Love'.

    Absolutely. I'm not disappointed by the song, not even by the trailer being just that - a trailer. The problem is that sending a newsletter gathering all your subscribers at one hour at one particular place makes the fans think they're gonna get something really exciting, or at least really interesting. A trailer isn't. iF it had been the full song it would have been alright. You can like or dislike it afterwards, but at least give a full thing and not just a minute snippet! Definitely not worth all the hassle.

    I know. They really need to have a good hard think about their site, it's nearly time to scrap it.

  10. I'm on Facebook and there's DEFINITELY fans over there who are NOT happy with the short song clip rather than a full song AND/OR how "weak" and "Electrical Storm" like it sounds.

    Personally, I like it. Heck, the melody is now stuck in my head as we speak. I would agree with them that it is a super bummer that it's just a short clip but considering how we've been getting no new U2 info as of late, it's still better than nothing for me. Even if it doesn't end up on the new album, I can't wait until it fully released.
