  2. right so i've sat through springsteen and i - not as many wierdo's as i was led to believe. One bloke in a car very deeply unsettling, probably shouldn't be out on his own let alone driving. The minute or so of blood brothers is worth it on it's own. Whichever bastard put the opening of new york city serenade in it twice under people talking and then failed to deliver any more of it should be thrown in the hudson and made to swim with some three headed fish. The most annoying was the woman who claimed to have been at the gig in charlotte on 29th march 1976 and said in typical btx fashion 'if you weren't there in the early days you don't know what it was like' sorry love it's a bit hard for those who are only 20 now to have been there in the early days, just as it's a bit hard for those who didn't live in london, stockholm or amsterdam to have seen any show before 1981 outside of america. Typical american rule out the rest of the world, idiots. Slightly worried that the passaic and bridge benefit footage used wasn't even as good quality as i have - how the hell can that happen. In fact there were no real shockers in the video footage - either stuff from max's, passaic, largo. ditd/bitusa promos - really bruce you couldn't let them use philadelphia 1984. The 'elvis impersonator' footage was clearly youtube sourced, danish busker everyone has, and a tom joad audience shot boot of 'red headed woman' and a born to run through the ages compilation to finish. Funniest bit woman asks her non-fan husband what he would say to Bruce if he met him answer 'shorten your concerts'.

    Wouldn't watch it again except for the minute of blood brothers and the hard rock 2012 footage which is nicely shot.

  4. have you tried it with chrome? nothing on rapidshare works for me with internet explorer.

    forget that i just tried and it wouldn't work for me either. Try again later as it might just be rapidshare messing about.

    I wish he'd use something else for his uploads but he won't - it's rapidshare or not at all with him.

    Chrome is all I use. Ah well. Will have to find another time or jump on jungleland and download and convert myself.

  6. The story before the song, the mood and the performance of All That Heaven Will Allow from the second Mountain View 88 is incredible. Evokes an overwhelming sense of nostalgia.

    I've got it but it's missing Disc 3 Track 6 (Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out). If anyone has it and could send it to me that would be much appreciated. Brucebase doesn't say anywhere that it was officially released or anything so I'm not sure why it wasn't in my download.

  11. Yeah I'm not sure either. There probably is, I just can't be bothered to do it at the moment. Not a big deal cause I've got Basel 88 to listen to as well. In the middle of studying for exams so cbf with screwing around.
  12. Is there any reason why Soozie sucks so bad at Jungleland?

    Just listened to Auburn Hills 09 and man, the violin intro is so horribly out of tune it is actually a pain to listen to. And I'm certain this isn't the only time I've thought that. Why does she suck so much?

    (I think this is the first time I have ever noticed myself being critical of a member of the E Street Band's musical prowess/talents)
