  1. Because it's expensive, on an unconvenient date (29, 30 and 31 of May, 3 nights when I have already tickets to see my favorite Spanish band) and it's in Barcelona, 600 kms away from where I live. Not a chance.


    Gerard, I'm wondering the same thing. If they're playing arenas during the spring, I think they should be announcing dates and tickets yesterday. It's November, I doubt anything prior to April can be announced and sold already. And festivals season starts around May/June so, unless they do a show-show-show-festival-show-show-festival-show schedule, I don't think they have much time. We'll see.

  2. The three headliners have never played Glastonbury before so I think Arcade Fire will be one.
  3. Here Comes The Night Time is brilliant. Lots of these songs are getting a days constant listening. Another complete run through required this weekend with a few beers.

  10. The rugby tickets popped up before mention of the Arcade Fire tickets. Just a case of bad timing.


  11. They'll be back in Ireland - they made a fortune there last time - 73 f***in' euro for a seat - started a big online debate where their manager came into the posting section of the Irish Times in a bid to justify the cost (compared to £25 a few earlier in Birmingham).

    They'll be back - it just won't be cheap. How much were the Glasgow tickets anyway?
  12. Glasgow tickets were £33 each, not bad but costly for a Barrowland show.

    Tickets were difficult enough to get anyway. You would have struggled to get them in an online general sale anyway, Ger. I suppose I could've got one or two for you while I was at the shop.
