1. This morning when i was driving to my office i saw the cds i have in the car and i saw : one from Guns n Roses , Queen , Lou Reed , A-ha and The Doors .... none of these bands exists anymore ...this is signal that i m a bit old

    Interesting article. It's about Jason Everman. He was an early member of both Nirvana, and Soundgarden, but was fired from both for being kind of a headcase. Although he had some success playing in a band after that, he ultimately decided to throw it away, to join the army, where he worked his way into the Special Operations community, and saw action in Iraq and Afghanistan. Then after leaving the army(in 2006), he was accepted into Columbia university, despite being in his 40s.

    This story should be a movie.
