    What a difference 24 hrs can make. DMB and PJ are known for their diverse sets.....some shows are epic,some shows not so epic..this show , I hate to say is not so epic.

    The band are off..mistakes galore. Pendulum starts off with a mistake..Low Light is a weak 2nd tune IMO and falls flat. Sometimes is a great tune, but also has a mistake by Jeff in the middle.

    To make matters worse, Eds voice is shot. Corduroy sounds fine, until Eds voice crakes in the middle. Sounds brutal.

    Immortality sounds good and is the 2nd best song in the main set. The new tune My Fathers Son ( a song I like ) has a false start, and does not sound good here. Swallowed Whole sounds a bit flat as well. Ed cant hit the highs.

    Sirens sounds awful. Eds voice is painful to listen to here. My Lord .......

    Once has a false start (I think )...it doesn't sound right..Mike starts , stops..then continues.....Ed actually somehow sounds pretty good here....a lot of help from the crowd thankfully.....Comatose I skipped...just because its Comatose...

    I Got Shit sounds off, Ed's mumbling as if he doesnt know the chorus....Jeffs bass is out, then appears at 1.16 mark......

    Present Tense is a classic..and saves this shows main set, best tune IMO.....it was needed here..crowd eat it up..as they should....Ed sounds good.....solid version..SOLAT is always great...band sound good, as does Ed...Porch is a great tune, but Im sick of it live at this point.

    Encore is mixed..love Off He Goes and Yellow Moon, but Future Days is a crowd killer..too slow..decent tune but not here... Small Town is great always...picks things up for the crowd...Rats is classic and saves this encore...Got Some is below average and is the old piss break tune for me....terrible spot here...RVM is great, but I wish they would play it in the middle of the set once in a while..same with Porch..they are always used to close encore 1 and the main set....

    Go is great and sounds fine....Alive Baba (shaky but Ed gets through it) and the great Indifference end this solid encore.....

    3 stars..set looks better then it is.....too many mistakes and Eds voice was shot in the main set, but somehow got stronger towards the end....

    I'm ok with Bono messing up the lyrics for the odd performance of an strange song (Party Girl, Stay, etc), but it annoys me when he messes up the lyrics for songs like One, Streets, WOWY, etc. It's like Ed forgetting the words for Better Man, Alive or Even Flow. No no no a thousand times no. And yeah, remembering 120 songs isn't the same as rememberin the 25 staples you play each night. It's really annoying. Even more if you compare it with Bruce Springsteen, that remembers the chords and words to over 250 songs and often improvises or plays requests that he hasn't played for 5, 10, 20 years. Or ever. It's just mindblowing. And he has a good apprentice on Mr Vedder

    Seattle tomorrow, wondering what is going to happen. There's a lot of hype off course.

  6. They should have played 2 nights I would have gone...going back to NYC for a few days instead next week....

    How is it possible that PJ aren't playing Seattle for 2 nights..but they played LA Bklyn and Boston for 2 ?
  7. Not saying that they shouldnt have played those other locations for 2...they were great gigs...but I mean PJ and Seattle go hand in hand !!

  9. Any chance they go for 40 songs tmrw? Last gig of the tour...wow can't believe I just typed that sentence. It felt like forever for my Bklyn gigs to happen.... What an amazing tour. A pleasure and an honor to follow the tour

    Rangers are playing tuesday night actually..and there are tix available ......Ill PM you this weekend if I can swing it.......that would be fun....
