1. I hope the new album is as far away from that dance bullshit as possible

  2. You haven't been listening to the right dance music then, I would love them to enter the ring and make something ecstatic and dance oriented that you could play at parties and get everyone to sing along to. Something like Discotheque or Even Better Than the Real Thing would be amazing but if it's dance oriented music like Magnificent or Get on Your Boots then yes... they need to stay away from that

Do you guys think it is still produced by Danger Mouse, just mixed by Epworth?

Generally what happens is that it's still Ordinary Love produced by Danger Mouse, but the remixer gets the stems or backing tracks to the already finished song and rework it. So technically Danger Mouse is still on the remix but he's not responsible for any of that remix. Does that make sense?

    Guten Tag,

wir haben eine wichtige Information zu Ihrer aktuellen Bestellung 303-7309259-1163522.

Sie hatten bei uns folgenden Artikel bestellt:

    'Ordinary Love/Breathe [Vinyl Maxi-Single]' (ASIN: B00GH11X3Y)

Leider ist dieser nicht mehr bei Amazon verfügbar und musste deshalb von uns storniert werden. Selbstverständlich wird Ihnen der Artikel nicht in Rechnung gestellt.

But here comes the only store that officially sells it in Spain (they were on U2.com's list), and they hold-up one of the 5 copies they have for mee. YEAH.

Sorry for not being clear, when I said "that" dance bullshit I was referring specifically to the kind of dance music that the remix is.
  6. Quite a good remix though

  7. Ah for sure, yeah it's neither here nor there this song still can't decide whether it wants to be uplifting or a ballad...

The remix is decent for me but I will stick to the original version.
  8. hopefully they play once again Breathe in the upcoming tour.
  9. .... i have an extra copy of Ordinary Love on vinyl that I am willing to sell / trade (at my cost).. (would rather have it go to a collector then sell it on ebay) I am willing to send it worldwide (at buyers cost) ... let me know sholbech@hotmail.com
    cheers
    Scott
  10. I will tell a few friends that were looking for it. If you're not asking much they might be interested.

It's funny how OL's singles have dropped in price by now. The week it was out, bids on eBay almost reached $100... Now they're sold for less than I paid on the physical store a few posts above this one (18€, less than $25).
