1. I know exactly what you mean, Sergio he was not ill at all, going for long walks with his two dogs (Boxer, oh right ), no "couch potatoe" or someone lame like that. On Jan 1st around noon he sudenly got thos typical pains in both arms and a pressure on his chest, but he didn't want to go to hospital. His wife took him there nonetheless, delivered him from the car at the main entrance to seek for a quick paring place while he walked into the building. When his wife came into the entrance she already saw people gathered around someone lying on the floor - he had collapsed and never woke again. They tried to bring him back to life for hours but he was prnounced dead, well, late that evening.
Ripped out of our middle. We still cannot get it. Never again. A long process of dealing weith it ahead. And all this after I welcomed the New Year with Rose Bowl's "Amazing Grace / Streets" on full volume and a broad smile on my face... you never know what comes up next. So CARPE DIEM, everyone. I mean it.

My thoughts are with you, Alex *hugs* I'm so very sorry for your loss. I feel with you, my friend
  2. I'm just thinking, the good thing about this Geneeral Chat is that you can write down and get rid of just everything that troubles your mind. Great invention in the first place

I promise to be more positive from now on. Being the Illness Queen gets boring. Where's my Guinness...
  3. Thoughts are with the both of you and the families and friends involved. Very sad.
  4. thanks so much

My God, that's so sad I feel so sorry for his wife, who witnessed it all. And sorry for you and specially your father too. Nobody should go through seeing your best friend or your son/daughter go away forever... No no no
  7. Decided what I want to do after college.
  8. ^ ...and that is?

  9. Well I'm studying to be a cop, but I think on the more specific side, I would like a job with a fish and game agency.

Also, want to ride a Harley across the country.
  10. Good choice in life and good luck.
  11. This is the evening I decided to re-join and partake in the forums again. :-)
