1. Looks like I should have gone to Auckland instead. My three favourites in the first show.. Nothingman, Black and Corduroy.
  2. There's a pretty good chance you'll get all three at your two shows...a pretty solid set indeed, although a bit short for them. I thought they had two and a half hours?
  3. Who woulda guessed they play Habit? Cool

According to the promoter they were meant to have three. Then the timetable got announced and Brisbane (Gold Coast) , Auckland and Melbourne all get two hours and fifteen minutes, while Perth, Adelaide and Sydney get two and a half.. I feel ripped off!

  5. Well...Habit is their "Bad"...and U2 did write "One Tree Hill" ...which is in (or just south of?) Auckland....
  6. Black was fir a fan club member request on the boards. Just another reason why PJ is the absolute best band to be a fan of.
  7. Even better than U2?!
  8. Especially of late.

  9. Yes! But for me it always comes back to the live setting. U2 are amazing live but the setlist variety is what separates them. Any chance ill ever see "Red Hill Mining Town" or "God Part2 " live? No. None. I mean they broke out TUF on leg 1 of 360, which was a SINGLE and the U2 community was SHOCKED! Lol. I'm not shitting on U2, I love them but it is what is. I don't excited outside of the shows I attend. No setlist parties for me.
  10. It's just totally different styles. U2 do "concept shows" if that makes any sense, and Pearl Jam just throw immense and different amounts of awesomeness at every show.
  11. Got Vitalogy on vinyl. The best sounding record I've ever purchased. What an album, too.
