1. I'm not North American and I don't even have the slightest positive feeling towards that flag BUT it's a great moment, great gesture in front of an audience and a country that had suffered their biggest shock and pride-hurt in 50 years only 3 months earlier.
  2. Bono's voice is so shit in that performance, but it doesn't matter at all. So much emotion.

  4. I actually always thought the screen falling down was a bad idea. Looked too much like the towers that went down, with all the people, whose names were on the screen, in it. Or was that the purpose of it ?
I would've just put the names up, but without the thing falling down.

Exactly my thoughts too, said like a master mind
  7. Yeah, for 20 seconds

  8. Nope! You can see the names still scrolling at the end of the song when Bono holds his jacket open

Actually, now that I'm looking at it, the names are ON Bono and his jacket...see the 10:32 mark of the video:

  9. Ok, you're right. It seemed that at 10:13 the normal lights went on.
  10. Jo Whiley is doing the 2pm to 4pm slot today standing in for Steve Wright. Edge interview should be on that show and not this evening.
