1. Thanks Sergio.

Ross, agreed, thought with the hype gone things might change, but nope, still a great song
  2. I really wish they'd be like "JK. This IS the first single."

  3. Why?

The fact that this song is so good and they're saying "we have an actual 1st single lined up" is making me even more excited.

  4. This.
  5. My first reaction to this song is very, very, very positive. I'm digging it. Like it much better than Ordinary Love. Bodes well for the new album as far as I'm concerned.

Looking back at everyone's comments (I was a latecomer to this one) it appears I'm not the only one. It's hard to pigeon hole this one into a U2 style or era. I can't think of a previous album sound it's close to. Thoughts?
  7. I like it more than most of NLOTH, not sure if that's because I'm still in the Honeymoon phase with the song.

well it's actually classic U2 but it's of this day & time
  10. It's a mix of everything.
Yea, some Bomb, some Pop, I also hear some War and some Boy. Theme-wise and lyrics-wise it's definitely Boy.
  11. Hopefully it sounds like U2 growing some seedlings from the original Joshua Tree, and now they are cutting down those mature seedlings with laser beams.
