This U2 album is turning into a video game (I'm a huge video game guy - don't spend enough time in the topic) that gets delayed and delayed, after we've already gotten a beautiful glimpse and gamers around the world say "WHY?! IT LOOKED DONE" and the developers say "we want to make it as polished as possible before you play it."

    I have no problem with this. Yes we're all waiting, we all want it so bad, but if U2 thinks more time is necessary for making the best album they can make, so be it. Yes we all know U2 can sometimes overwork an album, but this time is different. This time they're working with different people, not Eno and Lanois.

    Plus don't forget that they apparently already have a tour basically booked. Edge himself said "I'm going to be very busy this fall". I have a feeling this is all to add a little bit of PR to the album as well. They're basically saying something, without saying anything. They're answering questions with blanks and they're still answering them, which works because they obviously want to keep it mysterious as possible.
