Please let me/us know if your "out" so we can fill the void.
Over the past month or two, I simply re-listened to all of them - well, most of them. I plan to kick back to the final three shows from leg 2 this weekend and then it's on to leg 2 - where some deeper cuts made their appearance!
KOL were solid but they also had the unfortunate placement of being my first after PJ which is just not fair. No Notion No Knocked Up? Surprising but whatever! PJ definitely had set the concert bar so high that it really isn't fair for anyone else. This always happens to me. First the post PJ show depression then the inevitable first concert after them and it always pales in comparison.
80% of bands just don't have that in them. They played a solid 2 hour 27 song set but it's just not the same. And I am a KOL fan. I know every song. I felt outta place getting excited last night when they busted out Trani to close the main set. I felt like I was the only one who knew the song! As opposed to a PJ show when they bust out a rare cut the crowd eats it up !! I'm not knocking KOL it's just not easy to follow PJ
