Pitt is also very solid for a tour opener

Saying that, i'm honestly was looking forward to the European boots like Germany, UK etc
  2. If the Euro 2012 tour is any indication, we're going to love listening to (and many of us - but not me - attending) the upcoming summer shows.
  3. Another instant classic from 2006
    11/19/06- Newcastle Australia
  4. San Diego is a fun boot. Not among the best though. What is most surprising about it is how great the "rarities" are performed that night. All Night, Army Reserve, Light Years and T Christ are all solid while Even Flow and Sirens have some slight errors.. Weird.
  5. I love Even Flow..and (even more so) Alive, Corduroy, and Black ...but you gotta think they must get sick of performing them, no?

Maybe not...I don't get sick of listening to them, I suppose.

  6. I've read a lot of praise about this particular show. Admittedly, I have never taken the time to listen to it. Obviously I should!

Come on Matt ! Take a break from 2013 for one round and please give this one a listen.
  8. I know. I know....but you can't ask me do to this on a WEDNESDAY...especially this Wednesday (or next Wednesday).

Plus I feel the need to give some love to Oasis and Soundgarden to help hype their respecitive 20th anniversary releases!
  9. One thing I've notices about these 2013 shows (especially listening to Portland) is the increased frequency of "Sometimes" - a great but underrated tune. Admittedly, (and like many songs) the less it's played (which was the case in 2011 and 2012) the less I appreciate it - which is a shame on my part.

In any event, the song is one of my favourites off No Code and I am glad they brought it out more often in the fall of 2013.

  10. A lot of great shows that year...that Hawaiian gig (12.02.06) to end the year was always a fav of mine...fantastic performance....

Another show I have to take time to listen to.

Admittedly, I have only listened to the North American shows (yes, I know that Hawaii is part of the US but I am referring to the Spring/Summer legs) from 2006 and just a few of the European ones (all five Italy ones, mind you). I'll get back to them some day soon.

Remember when (it must have been about a year or so ago) we were reviewing these things. How far did we get in the end. Did we even complete leg 1?
