1. Not too sure if they'll take a break or keep plowing through them all. I can appreciate that you want your shows ASAP - it'll be a thrill for you to hear them again.
  2. Wow- Daughter from Vancouver...Its Ok is such a great tag....DEF needs to be on the compilation

  3. There's not a chance that that version wouldn't make it - although there is a good version from an earlier show (can't recall which one at the moment) that has a pretty solid WMA tag.
  4. Sadly/finally, I am just now listening to "Of The Girl" from Calgary. The first song from the first show performed that was purchased today.

I'm in no rush, I've got my Bruce boards and all these to keep me going - was just asking the question cause I don't know how PJ works that's all
  6. Now I am finally listening to the Vancouver show - Oceans to open is fantastic. Followed by Can't Keep - beautiful. I can't wait to get to Daughter but I will not allow myself to skip ahead.

Those two Washington State shows (Spokane and Seattle) will also be a treat.
  7. It pains me to write this but I will anyway:

The ONE time they include the "It's OK" tag in Daughter, EV messes up the lyrics in the actual song itself!

I am going to have to do some fancy song editing if I'm going to get this eventual mix right.
  8. Listening to Vancouver on Sirius....decent gig....Even Flow was buzzing ('59 Strat) . ...nice version of In Hiding...Setting Forth sounds awful here though....My Lord....
nice version of NFY ...Daughter is really good here Matt....Its OK !!!!!! LOL

Sirens sounds really bad...Eds voice is shot...

Earlier I heard encore 1 from Seattle...I have to say it started weak and very boring...After Hrs, Let Me Sleep (indeed), Future Days is a snooze-fest run...wow

Encore 2 Supersonic then Got Some ?? = brutal

I get the whole Seattle thing with the old Supersonics..but that song sucks..Im sorry I would have been looking for something special there to end the tour...Kick Out The Jams is another cover Im so sick of....

Id take the Spokane gig over Seattle any day of the week...set list wise....
  9. Id still love to know why/how they played 2 night stands in Boston, Bklyn, Philly and LA but only 1 night in Seattle ?
  10. Kick Out the Jams is the worst song I saw PJ do. Utter tripe compared to some of the stuff they've written

There was always so much speculation that they'd add another show in Seattle but in the end they, obviously, never did. I guess one could argue that even though they are from Seattle (and have played two nights in the past there) that the population density in the northeast is much greater.

  12. One thing that makes Pearl Jam...Pearl Jam is the fact that they play a lot of covers - they seem to have a lot admiration for many other artists and like to pay homage to them. Some covers work really well, others do not. I tend to agree with you on the KOTJ selection.
